1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The company ‘RESPOND HELLAS KTIMATIKI EPE’ was formed and registered in 2004 inAthens, Greece for the sole purposes of land development construction in Zante (Zakynthos).The company intents to sell its shares to prospective strategic investors, at an amount of €3,500,000, who will got hold of company’s land and planned projects in order to develop and manage (based on different proposed income scenarios) the projects of Keri Panorama, Lithakia Hills, Laganas-Mouzaki and Lithakia 2. After the acquisition of the company, the buyer will have three ways to exploit the projects:
1. Build and sale
2. Build and rent on a long term basis (usually on an annually basis)
3. Build and rent on a short term basis (usually on a weekly or 15-day basis
